Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

This policy explains what information is collected when you use valuepost.click, its subdomains, and any applications published under it (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by an individual, referred to here as “we” or “us”.

The short version: this is a static site. We do not run advertising, we do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

The Services do not require an account and contain no sign-up or contact forms. The only information you provide directly is what you choose to include if you email us.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server and security logs when a page is requested. These may include your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, referring page, and a timestamp. These logs are used only to serve the site, diagnose faults, and protect against abuse. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Some interactive pages may store a small amount of data in your browser's local storage — for example a chosen filter or view preference. That data stays in your browser, is never transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

2. Google user data

Where an application published under this domain asks you to sign in with Google or to connect a Google account, the following applies:

  • We request only the minimum scopes needed for the feature you are using, and the consent screen shows those scopes before you approve them.
  • Google user data is used solely to provide the feature you requested. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties except as required to operate the Service or by law.
  • We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • Access tokens are stored only for as long as needed to operate the feature and are held with access controls appropriate to their sensitivity.
  • You may revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On revocation we stop accessing your data and delete stored tokens.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

3. How we use information

  • To deliver, maintain, and secure the Services.
  • To diagnose technical problems and prevent abuse.
  • To respond to you if you contact us.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with infrastructure providers that host or deliver the Services, acting on our instructions; where you have directed us to; or where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

5. Retention

Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider and then discarded. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Any authorization tokens are deleted when access is revoked or the feature is discontinued.

6. Security

The Services are served over HTTPS, and access to any stored credentials is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited data involved.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below; we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

The Services are delivered by providers whose infrastructure spans multiple countries, so information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Third-party links

Our pages link to sites we do not control, and load web fonts from Google Fonts. Those providers have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page.

12. Contact

Questions or privacy requests: contact@valuepost.click.

This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. If the Services expand to handle sensitive or regulated data, have it reviewed by a qualified professional.
